How can I return or exchange a product?
You can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, at your own expense.
Simply complete the return form enclosed with your package and send us the unused products in their original packaging, along with the return form.
The mailing label is to be attached to the outside of your return package before depositing it at a post office.
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products (except in the case of a partial return).
